Chris Emami

My name is Chris Emami and I am a licensed real estate salesperson (California Department of Real Estate License #01870583) and REALTOR.

Being a lifelong resident of Orange County and having been heavily involved in this community, I have a unique understanding of the area. I was born in Yorba Linda and attended local schools including Nohl Canyon Elementary, El Rancho Middle School, and Canyon High School. During high school I volunteered many hours working for local non-profit groups including the National Junior Basketball (NJB) program.

I also earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, in Political Science, and have a Master’s Degree from National University in Public Administration. My educational background give me a strong understanding of local governments and what types of tax rates they have set in place, which will allow me to present my clients with a more in depth analysis of not only the homes they are interested in, but the community as well.

Outside of real estate I am one of the owners of a political consulting firm that specializes in electing school board members. Locally, I have worked to elect four of the current trustees on the Orange Unified School District Board of Education. Based on this, I have a very good knowledge of local schools in all of Orange County and can help provide interested parties with a wealth of knowledge on the pros and cons of potential schools.

In an effort to give back to the community that has given me so much I coach high school basketball at my alma mater Canyon High School.
